Just check with your doctor if intermittent fasting is right for you.  However, many have felt a difference in their body when they have tried intermittent fasting for a significant period. How many hours you fast is completely dependent on you, whether it is twelve or fourteen or sixteen is something you decide according to your health needs or whatever fits into your schedule. It is advisable to start with a smaller number of hours and then gradually add more hours.

For us, the twelve-hour fast was the magic figure, and the best part, it was easy to follow. So, we started with what we regarded was doable. So we put down our fork at 7 pm and start eating again at 7 am the next day. It isn’t tough to follow if you put your mind to it.
