The Scottish actor who’s most notable for his role as British Secret Service agent ‘James Bond’ in such movies as Goldfinger and Never Say Never Again has an eye for gorgeous edifices as seen in his Marbella property – the Casa Malibu. Sean Connery bought the property in 1975 just after marrying Ms. Roquebrune but decided to sell it off in the ‘90s citing privacy reasons – well, he just didn’t want his neighbors seeing him in his underwear. The beachside Casa Malibu villa with lush green vegetation was eventually sold off for about £45 million or $58 million. The sale of the villa was shrouded in suspicion and birthed the ‘Goldfinger case’ where Sean’s wife name is mentioned for alleged tax fraud.
