If you love martial arts movies, then you must have come across Seven Seagal in one of them. Although his legendary career that features ‘Hard to Kill’ and ‘Under Siege‘, this isn’t about one of his many scripted fights. It’s about an 8,000-acre house he bought in 2005 in Eads, Tennessee. The Colonial Mansion was purchased by the actor for $1.5 million although he put it up for sales for about $1.25 million. The home is a three-story building comprising a large pool, a media area down the basement, a fully equipped bar, a fitness room and a martial arts studio. It isn’t understood why Steven is in a hurry to sell off this charming home but whoever will snap it up would be having the deal of his/her life.
