We’ve seen many folks shed kilos on The Biggest Loser. IN Season 9, Ashley Johnston was the runner up with a staggering 183-pound weight loss! She managed to shed a shocking 48% of her body fat over her weight loss journey. Johnston’s initial weight was clocking in at 500 pounds. With the guidance of fitness trainers and nutritionists on the set of the TV show, Johnston made her goal weight and more.

To prevent all of the fat she lost from returning to her frame, Ashley has chopped her sugar intake down and makes use of meal preps in order to make following a balanced diet that much easier. She also engages in a good sweat session a couple of times a week. Her incredible weight loss has helped her see improvements in her mental health as well. Johnston promised never to become so morbidly obese ever again, and she’s sticking to it!
