The comedic actor Zach Galifianakis appearances in films such as The Hangover and Due Date are perhaps why they are able to make audiences laugh out loud so much. However, the actor squashed his ‘funny fat guy’ persona making fans do a double-take after starting a diet and regular exercise program to shed some of his weight. When asked about how he has managed to shed some much weight the actor was quick to credit his changed lifestyle choices like cutting out all alcohol and fast food instead of opting for healthier options like whole grains. The actor has also paired his diet changes with an intense workout regime, however, fans have been quick to question if he had turned to surgery, but the star was quick to deny, claiming that his new lifestyle was just very effective.
