Candace changed the way she was eating and decided to become more active and work out more. She follows a mostly vegan diet, with the occasional meal of fish or eggs for the protein. Candace makes sure she visits the gym five times a week for a solid workout. Her workouts consist of a combination of resistance training and cardio as well as high-intensity interval training.
