She has been actively losing her post-baby weight with the help of her trainer Harley Pasternak. Over the course of six months, Jessica managed to get back into shape by simply following the five daily habits given by her trainer, which helped her embrace positivity and worthwhile living. This has also become her inspiration for her boldness and openness to share her life stories. The birth of her book was mostly from her coming out of the dark periods and struggles.
