Running

Karate
Karate is a good solution for people who have attention deficit disorder (ADD) or concentration problems. This is the activity of both body and mind. Martial arts generally help in maintaining attention and self-discipline. This sport is especially effective for little children since it helps them in their coordination, and those repetitive actions can help children who have attention disorders. Doctors do praise the effect of karate, but they claim that it can’t actually cure ADD or ADHD.
Walking

The results were actually the same among the people who were walking indoors and those who were walking outdoors. But, it is sure that time spent outdoors can have a soothing effect. This exercise can help to those with schizophrenia, a chronic mental disorder that can harm concentration and one’s ability to comprehend reality. Yoga can pose a risk to the people with bipolar disorder. It is highly beneficial for many of us, but not everyone gets the desired results. Some people said that yoga only exaggerated their problems – exercises increased their depression levels, caused agitation, and frustration.
In the end, if you work out too much, you also might get depressed because of it. Over-training is a specific syndrome itself.
