Now, we never thought we could use this on the subway. Instead of clinging on to hand railings, which may be filled with germs, this woman thought of a brilliant hack to stay safe without compromising her hygiene: bringing her own plunger. We hope that it was unused, though, or else it could have smelled!

According to Family Handyman, plungers may carry E. Coli and salmonella if not correctly cleaned so they can infect anything that they come into contact with. This being said, other passengers may be safe given that they don’t touch the ceiling where the thing was stuck.
