The boys had heard the ship listing to the side, leaving the lower deck and some parts of the upper deck visible while the rest remained submerged in the water. So to avoid catching unwanted attention, they decided to get in from below. They weren’t worried about running into any complications. After all, the water was their domain.
They secured their boat to a railing on the cruise and prepared to go in. The plan was to find the entrance, wear their diving suits and explore the waterlogged areas. Soon enough, they came upon the part of the upper deck that was in the water.
