The Killer, as he is known to his fans, is one of the most influential rock stars that have ever lived. He is credited with the pioneering of rock and roll and rockabilly music. Jerry has been hugely influential being dubbed as “rock and roll’s first great wild man.” Lee has had a long career since his first recording in 1956 at Sun’s Records.
He had his mugshot taken after a crazy bout in Memphis. In November 1976, he got drunk, and while armed, he showed up at the gates of Graceland demanding to see Elvis, a fellow Sun studio alum. Jerry was arrested after the guard called the Memphis police after refusing his request. With his fame, his dating life must have gone unaffected.
