Gary Coleman, 2009
Gary Wayne Coleman was born in 1968. At only ten years old Gary became a very popular child actor known as Arnold Jackson in the popular TV series Diff’rent Strokes. The show got canceled in 1986 when Gary was 19 years old. Following his great success as a child actor, Coleman started struggling financially and fell into a series of unfortunate events. He had to declare bankruptcy in 1999.
Ten years after filing for bankruptcy, the child star was arrested for domestic assault against his then-wife, Shannon Price. He was released the following day on a $1,725 bail. Unfortunately, Coleman passed away in early 2010 from a hemorrhagic stroke.
