The nominated Emmy Award and Golden Globe actor Jason Alexander who is best known for his work in TV series Seinfeld decided that after his weight reached 195 pounds it was time to start his health journey. The actor was concerned that his weight might start to negatively impact his health and so set himself a goal of losing thirty pounds. It took Jason Alexander only six months to reach his final goal after he opted for following a restricted calorie intake. Alexander was used to eating near 4500 calories a day before restricting himself to just 1500 which has proven to be very effective alongside regular workouts. Since dropping to his desired weight the actor has become a spokesman for Jenny Craig to share his weight loss experience with others.
