The actress personal trainer helped her to create a training program that is based around building up her strength with plans that aren’t heavily regimented. Dunhams fitness routine includes a mix of aerobics, strength training and pilates. Along with the physical results Dunham has seen she’s also credited the fitness routine to have majorly helped to improve her mental health.
