Statement Carpet
Carpets, like most other design decisions, should be a statement in any space. Depending on what you are looking to achieve, a carpet can be a neutral foundation or a focal point. However, we are not sure what the person who designed this one was trying to achieve.
This floor looks like it has holes and is covered by a carpet. However, it is the carpet design that created the illusion, thanks to the manipulated lines. The sinking effect is terrifying to walk on, but we have to admit that it’s better than just laying simple, flat fabric on the floor.
