In the twilight years of his life, the Mighty Atom could still be found wandering the streets of New York City alone at night. During these walks, he reminisced about his glory days, changing car tires without tools and bending iron bars with his teeth.
There was an underlying desire within him, a longing for one last test of his mettle. Hoping to encounter some punk who dared to try and mug him, the Mighty Atom remained ever-vigilant, ready to defend himself and protect the innocent.
