Elvis will always be known as the King of Rock. With his white bell-bottomed trousers and glittering open vests, he has single-handedly changed Rock forever. With songs like Rock around the clock and I Love Rock ‘n Roll the singer will be known as one of Hollywood’s most famous entertainers of all times.
A mugshot of Elvis appeared on the internet during his career, and there were many speculations of to where and why this mug shot was taken back in 1970. Elvis’ famous mugshot became very popular, and the photo has been printed on T-Shirts all over the world. It is believed that the mugshot isn’t actually a result of an arrest and attorneys but rather a photo taken by the Denver Colorado Police on November 17th, 1970 for Elvis’s honorary Police badge. The shot was taken to honor Elvis for donating finances to a local gymnasium’s renovations. So, he wasn’t such a bad boy after all.
