Tourists come to Las Vegas to party with their friends and have a good time. This guy enjoys having a little party in his sparkling tub.
He could be an introvert who prefers to unwind in the privacy of his bathroom with a glass of wine. He may enjoy a relaxing soak in a bubble bath or just want to look as bright as Las Vegas.
My only concern is that he could decide to get out of the tub without wiping himself down if he was too drunk to do so. The following day, the hotel’s workers would have difficulty cleaning up all the mess they had made.
