Here is something that we don’t see every day. While we can practically do a lot of things on the train ride when we’re running late, including reviewing for a quiz or combing our hair, this woman had a different skill set: icing a two-tier cake in a busy place. The truth is, she is culinary student Bettina Banayan, who is also a performance artist.
In 2017, Banayan went viral after she applied frosting on her chiffon base while on a ride and shared the product with other passengers. While the others were expectedly skeptical at first, others warmed up and got a slice of the desert.
