Adam Richman gained serious weight during his time hosting the TV show Man v Food alongside partaking in competitive eating competitions. The host’s struggle with weight also caused other problems like depression leading to his decision to quit the show in 2012. After the last show was aired Richman turned his attention to his health deciding to workout more regularly and adopt a vegan diet. Through his changes he has not only lost the weight he gained on the show but an extra 10 pounds on top of that, managing to shed 70 pounds in just 10 months. With the star appearing on soccer aid to support Unicef he enlisted the help of a personal trainer who advised Richman on following the same training regimen and diet as the professional players.
