“Don’t touch me!” Hailey screamed indignantly. The words she’d had trouble with now finally flowed out of her. “You’re here getting married to some other woman while still married to me, and yet you think this is somehow my fault? Are you kidding me?!”
Hailey wasn’t done yet. “You didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me this was coming. Or hand me the divorce papers before going on your romantic side quest. Anything, Anything would have been better than this?! You’re a monster, Abel. I can’t fathom how you could be so heartless!” She couldn’t believe he was trying to play the victim here.
