Sherri Shepherd: Planned Balanced Diet

Sherri Shepherd appeared in several TV shows before rising to fame on the ABC sit-com Less Than Perfect for which she received a BET Award nomination. The actress continued to become a well- known and loved co-host on The View. Shepherds early roles have led to her maintaining a successful career in Hollywood however after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after having had pre-diabetes for years, the actress decided that she needed to start taking her health more seriously. Deciding that the best way to do this was through losing some of her weight Shepherd hired a professional trainer who put together an effective exercise routine and suggested a planned balanced diet that both the actress and her eight-year-old son follow. This method has now reduced Shepherds’ weight to 157 pounds.
