Alain Prost – McLaren F1 Prototype – Undisclosed Amount
The four-time Formula 1 world champion, Alain Prost, is known for being one of the world’s fastest and most notorious race car drivers of all time. Prost has won 51 titles, and his last win was in the 1993 German Grand Prix. Alain’s successful career as a race car driver gave him many opportunities, including becoming the Ligier team’s director. The team filed for bankruptcy in 2002, and Prost moved on to becoming Renault’s F1 director.
The job comes with many perks, including owning a few Renault cars for his personal use. But Prost’s favorite is his Black McLaren F1 Prototype that is legally roadworthy and that he drives every now and then. It’s unknown how much he paid for the car if he even had to. But an estimated amount of $24 million is reportedly said to be asked for this outstanding vehicle.
