Willie Nelson is one of the most renowned country music artists. He has taken multiple roles over the years, being labeled as not only a musician but also actors and activist. His success came with the release of the album Shotgun Willie which had great critical acclaim. His fame was only raised with the albums lie Red Headed Stranger and Stardust.
He has had multiple run-ins with the law over the years. All his arrests had to do with the possession of marijuana. Nelson was arrested a total of four times. In 1974 and 2010, he was arrested in Texas. In 1994, he found himself in a Hewitt jail, and in Louisiana, in 2010, he got cuffed for marijuana possession. I wonder what his opinion might be on prescription marijuana.
